During the summer vacation, various routes of Taiwan Trip across different cities and counties are rolling out attractive deals. The Shishan-Nanzhuang line in Hsinchu has been combined with the Nanzhuang line in Miaoli, and six types of package tickets are now available, allowing you to explore the ancient trails of Shitoushan, Nanzhuang Old Street, or Beibu Old Street for as low as NT$120. In addition, this year the Shishan-Nanzhuang line is also combining with the Cihu line and Taiwan Railways for the first time, launching the “Taoyuan-Zhushan-Miaoli 3-Day Anywhere Pass Regional Package.” There’s also a limited-time 1NT$ flash sale event—just pay NT$1 to get a value-packed “Shishan-Nanzhuang In-Depth 2-Day Tour Package” worth NT$1,314, helping you save big on your summer trip.

The “Shitoushan,” known for its cave temple art architecture, and the “Nanzhuang Old Street,” rich in nostalgic charm, have long been among the most popular tourist spots in the Hsinchu and Miaoli regions. Taiwan Trip’s Shishan-Nanzhuang line offers four types of great-value packages totaling six discounted options: the Shishan-Nanzhuang Super Value Good Trip, Taoyuan-Zhushan-Miaoli 3-Day Regional Pass, Shishan-Nanzhuang Eco-Tour, and Shishan-Nanzhuang 2-Day In-Depth Tour. Among them, the Shishan-Nanzhuang Super Value Good Trip is divided into three categories—A, B, and C—each combining bus tickets for the Shishan-Nanzhuang line, Shishan line, and Nanzhuang line, with the lowest price starting at just NT$120.
This year, the Shishan-Nanzhuang line has also combined with Taoyuan’s Cihu line and Taiwan Railways’ Zhongli to Zhubei commuter train tickets for the first time, making it the only regional package ticket in the Taoyuan-Zhushan-Miaoli area. For just NT$299, you can explore famous attractions along the Cihu line, Shishan-Nanzhuang line, Shishan line, and Nanzhuang line over three days.

The Shan Shan National Scenic Area Administration has also launched a 1NT$ flash sale promotion. On August 4th at 9:00 AM, the first ten people to visit the Lion Travel booth outside Gate 3 North of Taipei Railway Station can purchase a “Shishan-Nanzhuang In-Depth 2-Day Tour Package” worth NT$1,314 for just 1NT$. The package includes one bus ticket for the Shishan-Nanzhuang line, one for the Nanzhuang line, one homestay voucher, and one tangyuan (sweet rice ball) exchange voucher. Additionally, visitors who take the Shishan-Nanzhuang line tour bus and take a photo with the bus, then upload the bus ticket and photo of the bus to the “Taiwan Trip ~ Shishan-Nanzhuang Line” event webpage, will have a chance to win prizes such as action cameras and Lomo cameras.
