Hotel Zen Tokyo was founded by Japanese architect Taro Kagami, who transformed a compact space into a rich living environment.

By combining the concepts of a capsule hotel and a tea room, Hotel Zen Tokyo, a design-forward capsule lodging, was born.
The accommodation also offers larger single rooms.
The design of Hotel Zen Tokyo's capsule inn is inspired by the tea room "Myoki-an," established by Sen no Rikyū, the renowned Japanese tea master of the Sengoku period.
The sleep spaces in the capsule hotel are filled with Zen ambiance.
Modern Japanese-style spaces are created using contemporary decorative techniques to express Zen, making every corner a view and every detail count.
The bathroom spaces and facilities in the hotel are also richly infused with Zen elements.
