To target the corporate client market, Revival Airlines not only provides itinerary consultation and planning, discounted ticket packages, and group travel options for large domestic and international employee trips or small relaxed independent tours, but has also introduced an exclusive “Frequent Flyer Package” program for corporate clients. From now until January 31, 2013, packages of three or five tickets are available for five key business destinations: Macau, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Chongqing, and Tianjin. Revival Airlines is also the first in Taiwan’s aviation industry to offer MSN Instant Messenger online customer service, available during weekdays during office hours, and has set up a dedicated feedback area for corporate clients on its official website.

Becoming a Revival Airlines corporate member only requires an online application—no membership fee is needed—and offers benefits such as a dedicated booking and ticketing platform, discounted fares across all routes, and double mileage accumulation. For the double mileage accumulation benefit, as long as the company is a Revival Airlines corporate member and the employee is a DragonPass member, both the corporate account and the individual member account can accumulate miles for the same trip, and each can enjoy additional member-exclusive perks such as free ticket redemptions, cabin upgrade vouchers, and VIP lounge vouchers.
For corporate clients with quarterly transaction amounts exceeding NT$250,000, Revival Airlines additionally provides ten “Value-Added Service Cards,” which include benefits such as access to exclusive airport express check-in counters, complimentary airport VIP lounge vouchers, and priority baggage handling.
In addition, Revival Airlines will add one A330 aircraft to its fleet in November this year and January next year, and plans to launch new Southeast Asian destinations such as Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur from the end of this year to early next year. To accommodate the new aircraft and new routes, a flight attendant recruitment drive will be held tomorrow (the 20th) at the Ambassador Hotel in Kaohsiung, aiming to recruit 95 flight attendants. This is also the first time Revival Airlines has set up a test center in Kaohsiung. For more details, visit the Revival Airlines official website: www.tna.com.tw.
