As the world-famous Western holiday “Halloween” approaches, Universal Studios Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa will host Southeast Asia’s largest Halloween event — Halloween Horror Nights 2012 — from October 19–21 and October 25–28. The event will feature seven maze-like horror zones and three terrifying haunted houses in the park, offering visitors the most spine-chilling Halloween experience with elements such as a master puppeteer and the eerie “insane asylum.”

This event spans two weekends, totaling seven spooky nights, with operating hours from 8:00 PM to midnight. The park’s seven horror zones and three haunted houses create a thrilling, nightmare-like journey that begins with the sinister workshop of the master puppeteer. Visitors will witness the terrifying methods the puppet master employs in his pursuit of perfection and uncover the mysterious truth behind the strange disappearances of those who venture into the puppet workshop. In the eerie “Insanitarium,” a cold-blooded doctor subjects patients to brutal experimental treatments. Meanwhile, in the desolate and deathly silent “Dungeon of Damnation,” a ruthless vengeance priest seeks to turn the world before visitors’ eyes into a living hell.
The standard admission fee to Universal Studios Singapore theme park does not include access to Halloween Horror Nights 2, and separate tickets must be purchased. Pre-sale ticket prices are SGD 60 (approximately TWD 1,455). During the event, wearing costumes, masks, or face paint is not allowed, and children under 13 years old are not recommended to attend.
