Taiwan High Speed Rail is holding a lucky draw event from now until December 31. Simply purchase or collect your HSR tickets at partner convenience stores and, before December 31, fill out the event’s raffle slip included with your ticket with your contact information and drop it into the raffle box at any HSR station to enter. The number of available prizes depends on the total number of participants. Once the cumulative participation reaches one million, there will be up to 88 prizes, with the top prize being one million NT$ in cash.

The number of available prizes will increase as the cumulative number of participants reaches certain milestones. When the total number of participants hits one million, in addition to the grand prize of one million NT$ in cash, other prizes include a mountain bike worth over 160,000 NT$, one night’s stay for two at Taipei W Hotel, an LV carry-on suitcase, a 100,000 NT$ convenience store gift voucher, as well as a mechanical diving chronograph watch, a laptop, and a DSLR camera. During the campaign period, HSR will announce the cumulative number of participants at station raffle boxes and on the event website. The list of winners will be posted on the Taiwan High Speed Rail website on January 15, 2013..
Since February 2010, when Taiwan High Speed Rail launched its convenience store ticketing service in partnership with FamilyMart, it has subsequently partnered with Uni-President Enterprises Corp., Hi-Life, and OK Mart.
