The discounted hotels featured in this Hotels.com promotion require bookings to be made before February 17 and departures to take place before March 31 to qualify for the discount. Among the participating hotels, the 3-star Quest Hotel Cebu in Cebu, close to Ayala Center, Magellan’s Cross, and the Cebu International Convention Center, is offering a 40% discount with nightly rates starting from NT$1,911.
