The annual and much-loved “Yangmingshan Flower Festival” has burst into colorful bloom this year. Starting yesterday (the 18th) through March 31, the Taipei City Government’s Department of Information and Tourism has set up a mobile travel service station at the Yangmingshan Park Visitor Center, specially selecting travel service staff proficient in English, Japanese, and Korean to assist international visitors.

In addition to the Yangmingshan Park Visitor Center, key transportation hubs along the flower festival shuttle bus routes—including Taipei Main Station, Taipei Metro Chientan Station, and Taipei Metro Beitou Station—have also been specially decorated with floral arrangements and potted plants at their three tourism service centers to celebrate the season. These centers provide both domestic and international visitors with the latest and most popular local flower-viewing information, allowing them to instantly experience “Taipei’s New Floral Charm” and the city’s vibrant diversity.
Due to the surge in tourist inquiries during the flower festival, the Department of Information and Tourism stated that the Taipei Metro Chientan Station Tourism Service Center will extend its opening hours by two hours every Saturday and Sunday during the flower festival period, operating from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to continuously serve visitors. The goal is to offer both domestic and international tourists a more considerate and responsive service experience. The mobile travel service station at the Yangmingshan Park Visitor Center is located at No. 1-20, Zhuzihhu Road, Beitou District, Taipei City, and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
