The classic French musical The Hunchback of Notre-Dame is adapted from the masterpiece of French literary giant Victor Hugo, set against the backdrop of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris in the late 15th century. It depicts the love and hate entanglements between the Romani girl Esmeralda and four characters from different social classes — Archdeacon Frollo, Captain Phoebus, the wandering poet Gringoire, and the hunchbacked bell-ringer Quasimodo. The characters live in a turbulent feudal society, highlighting conflicts that underscore the contrast between human goodness and evil, loyalty and betrayal, delivering intense dramatic tension.

This world tour features a fully upgraded dome-standard European-spec stage and production. Unlike previous stage limitations where some scenes couldn’t accommodate all dancers or sets, this time, on a specially built large stage, the full choreography and scenery will be presented. For the actors, this allows for more dynamic and intense performances, offering audiences the most spectacular theatrical experience.
