Starting in April, the National Palace Museum has introduced a new student discount program. Students with valid school ID cards from domestic educational institutions can enjoy free admission, aiming to encourage more students to visit the museum, develop their artistic appreciation skills, and support the promotion of social education.

Students with valid student IDs issued by schools officially registered with the Ministry of Education can visit all exhibitions in the museum’s main exhibition hall for free. Additionally, individual audio guide devices are available at a 50% discount for domestic students. However, separately ticketed special exhibitions still require separate admission fees. Students wishing to use this discount must collect a number at the service desk on the first floor of the main exhibition hall before entering.
