In addition to the well-known Guanziling mud hot springs, Tainan has a new attraction: the Guidan Hot Spring Experience Pool, located by the Guidan Stream in the 2.8K branch road of Provincial Highway 186 in Guidan Village, Nansi District, Tainan City. Developed by the Tainan City Government, the pool is now open for trial operation. The hot spring water, known as "beauty spring" or "bicarbonate spring," is colorless, odorless, and crystal clear, with a pH level between 8.08 and 8.55. During the trial operation period from now until June 30, the public can enjoy free access to the Nansi Guidan Hot Spring Experience Pool.

The Guidan Hot Spring Experience Pool features an arc-shaped public pool with a water temperature of about 37°C; a square-shaped adult pool with a water temperature of around 43°C; and an ambient-temperature pool—totaling three pools that can accommodate approximately 60 people at once. The hot spring water is directly supplied from the Guidan hot spring springhead, delivering the original high-quality spring water. In addition, the park includes travel information and basic food and beverage services, along with around 4,000 square meters of green space, walking trails, stone-lined cold water channels, and an ecological pond. Visitors can soak their feet while enjoying the leisurely atmosphere and natural rural scenery of the park, as well as receive professional travel advice from staff and easily visit nearby tourist attractions.
