Located in Marrakech, Morocco, and newly opened in 2012, Palais Namaskar is the second property of the luxury hotel group Oetker Collection outside Europe. Nestled between the Atlas Mountains and the Djebilet Hills, its lush mountain backdrop complements the hotel’s expansive 40,000-square-meter gardens. The architecture blends classic Moorish design with the vibrant hues of the surrounding desert cityscape. Its warm color palette and grand scale create a serene and majestic atmosphere. The property also features a unique blend of traditional Moroccan craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.
The most distinctive features of Palais Namaskar are the “Mountain Palace” and “Water Palace,” both offering private kitchens and 24-hour personal butler service.

The “Mountain Palace,” with its mosque-like exterior and golden onion-shaped domes, exudes a regal and grand ambiance. Its heated swimming pool greets guests like a red carpet, while sunlight and the soft terracotta facade bathe the palace in warmth. It includes one master suite and two bedrooms, all furnished with king-size beds, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms. The other palace, the 460-square-meter “Water Palace,” features four independent bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The spacious living area includes a separate dining space and a cozy fireplace, plus a private kitchen, a terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains, and a 2,000-square-meter private garden.
