A CUT, the newly renovated steakhouse by Ambassador Hotel with an investment of tens of millions of NT dollars, is set to begin trial operations on December 1, and reservations are now open. The revamped A CUT highlights a “gentleman’s taste and style,” featuring a navy blue base color, large premium carpets, and lighting from the world-renowned Czech crystal brand Lasvit, with handcrafted crystal chandeliers. It also boasts a one-of-a-kind “gemstone bar.” The all-new open kitchen, entirely made of marble, turns the chefs’ cooking process into a performance.
