Applying, picking up, costs, and promotions
You can pick up and return the handy Singapore phone at Counter 1 in Arrival Hall 1 of Terminal 1, Counter 11 in Arrival Hall 2 of Terminal 2, and Counter 19 in Arrival Hall 3 of Terminal 3 at Singapore Changi Airport, open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM; and at the Singapore Visitor Centre (at the junction of Orchard Road and Cairnhill Road), open daily from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Currently, the daily rental price for the handy Singapore mobile travel service is SGD 15 (about TWD 360). You can book through the handy Singapore website, and you’ll need to provide your passport and credit card for registration and payment. When picking up at the counter, the handy package will include a Samsung Galaxy Note or Google Nexus phone, a spare battery, a charger, and a USB data cable.
