One Star House Party Michelin-starred chef team Pop-up dining event in Taiwan

One Star House Party will host a five-day pop-up Michelin-starred chef dinner in Taipei, known as the food paradise of Asia, scheduled from June 14 to June 18, 2016. The event will take place over five consecutive days at GOOD CHO’S Haoqiu Tianmu Branch. The One Star House Party team will design creative, representative Taiwanese delicacies based on their cultural impressions of Taiwan.
This professional culinary team includes chefs who have worked at Denmark’s Noma and the UK’s Ledbury. This time, they will spend a week exploring Taiwan’s local cultural and specialty foods, then translate their impressions of Taiwan into a unique seven-course menu.
