From now until February 16, the "Mobile Dream Museum" in Expo Park will extend its operating hours until 8:00 PM, with last entry at 7:15 PM (closed on February 10). Additionally, a "New Year Lantern Festival Giveaway Cubie" event is launched, where limited-edition Cubie plush toys will be given away on-site. Visitors can participate in the lucky draw by presenting their same-day ticket stub to the Mobile Dream Museum and visiting the JiMi Flower Wall in the museum courtyard. Winners may take home an authentic second-generation Cubie plush toy. During the event period, two sets will be drawn each day—morning and afternoon—with prizes given out until they run out.

The Mobile Dream Museum has been open since August last year and is scheduled to run until the end of August this year. With "dreams" as its curatorial theme, it connects various stories and experiential journeys while incorporating the latest mobile device technology. Each visitor uses the museum’s exclusive smartphone—the "Dream Time Machine"—to navigate through different exhibition halls. By utilizing indoor positioning, direction sensing, and augmented reality (AR) technologies, along with personalized photo features and burst mode functions, visitors can capture memorable moments throughout their journey. The "Dream Time Machine" also transforms into interactive props such as a dream magnifying glass or multimedia glow stick, tailored to each exhibition hall, immersing visitors in the story. Finally, through NFC technology, each visitor's unique adventure is transmitted to a floating display platform, showcasing a one-of-a-kind dream story.
Expo Park also hosts the "New Year Lantern Festival Giveaway Cubie" event daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the JiMi Flower Wall courtyard of the Mobile Dream Museum (from now until February 16, closed on February 10). Visitors with same-day Mobile Dream Museum tickets can enter a free Cubie plush toy lucky draw. Two authentic second-generation Cubie plush toys will be given away each day—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—while supplies last. Any unclaimed prizes will be carried over to the next day. Additionally, on February 14 from 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM, the "Sweet Romance at Lantern Festival" event will take place. Before each session, visitors can play lantern riddle games, with correct answers earning a small dream-themed gift. Couples visiting that day can also join the "Fate Ties Us Across Miles" activity—if the red ribbon connecting the couple remains intact from entry to exit, they will receive a limited-edition Dream Lovers Gift Set at the exit.

During the Lantern Festival, Expo Park offers free shuttle buses running every 15 minutes, stopping at Yuanshan MRT Station, Tatung University (Art Park) Station, Zhongshan Elementary School (Qingguang Shopping Area), and Lin An-Tai Ancient House Station. The service runs from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM daily from now until February 16. Service is suspended from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM and all day on February 10. Visitors heading to the Mobile Dream Museum can disembark at the Lin An-Tai Ancient House Station.
The Lantern Festival shuttle buses feature onboard guides who introduce park performances and engage passengers in fun lantern riddle games with giveaways. Passengers receive a surprise gift bag and can participate in a lucky draw with nearly NT$10,000 worth of high-performance water purifiers (a total of 9 units) given away each day, plus a chance to win NT$1,000 meal vouchers (10 winners in total). On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the Lantern Festival, "limited-time cute balloons" are also given out. Additionally, visitors can exchange any two February admission tickets to the Expo Park New District exhibition halls for a free fairy paper mascot.
