On March 3rd, the last day of the holiday, due to a frontal system passing through and the strengthening of the Northeast Monsoon, the weather in northern and northeastern Taiwan will turn cooler; there will be brief showers in areas north of central Taiwan and in the northeast, with a chance of locally heavier rainfall. Other areas may also experience brief, localized showers, with only southeastern Taiwan, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung having a lower probability of rain.

On Monday, March 4th, in the early morning, under the influence of the Northeast Monsoon, the weather in the north and northeast will be cooler, with temperatures between 16–22°C. Other regions will be cooler in the morning and evening, but daytime temperatures will range from 20–26°C. The eastern half of Taiwan may see localized brief showers, with temperatures around 20–23°C. Northern Taiwan will have a mix of brief showers followed by cloudy skies, while other areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny.
Starting Tuesday, March 5th, during the day, the Northeast Monsoon will weaken, and temperatures across the island will rise. Northern temperatures will be around 18–21°C. The eastern half of Taiwan and mountainous areas in the north may experience localized brief showers, while other areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny, with temperatures ranging from 19–27°C.
On Wednesday, March 6th, another frontal system will pass through and a cold air mass from the mainland will move southward, causing the weather in the north and northeast to turn cooler, with temperatures dropping to around 15°C. There will be showers in the northern and eastern regions, and other areas may also experience brief showers.
On Saturday, March 9th, as the cold air mass weakens, temperatures will rise slightly. The northern and eastern parts of Taiwan will still see brief showers, and other areas may have localized brief rain.
