Three One Bloom

Hidden in a vintage Japanese wooden house, “Three One” specializes in artisan shaved ice, combining traditional flavors with creative toppings like half a honeydew melon. Its adorable presentation and unique “honeydew flavor” have become a signature must-try. Following the honeydew shaved ice is the “Pink Blush,” made with banana shaved ice, frozen berries, strawberry puree, and whipped cream, evoking nostalgic childhood flavors.

Emack and Bolio’s Taiwan

The American-style ice cream brand Emack & Bolio’s, founded in 1975 in Boston, USA, has officially opened in Taipei. With a 41-year history, this ice cream brand is so beloved that even Steven Tyler, lead singer of Aerosmith, can’t resist it. The brand has developed over a hundred flavors. For its Taiwan launch, 24 ice cream flavors, 3 sorbet flavors, and 3 yogurt flavors were selected, including the classic “Pure OREO” flavor. Stacking colorful scoops high creates an incredibly eye-catching display.
