Operated by the Korea Tourism Organization, the comprehensive Korea tourism and culture experience center "KOREA PLAZA" officially opened today (the 8th) on the 4th floor of No. 245, Section 1, Duenhua South Road, Taipei City (in the same building as Eslite Dunhua). Resembling a "miniature Korea," KOREA PLAZA features traditional Korean lanterns hanging high at its entrance. Inside, to the left of the TV wall, there is an exhibit showcasing Hangul — the Korean alphabet created by King Sejong of the Joseon Dynasty during Korea’s Joseon era, which was recognized by UNESCO for its cultural value. This writing system uniquely combines sounds with visual symbols. Near the windowed area with a wide view, there are computers for visitors to rest, look up information about Korea, and a section where printed travel materials can be collected. A full display cabinet along the meeting area regularly exhibits various traditional Korean musical instruments and folk crafts, allowing people to better understand the everyday life and cultural traditions of the Korean people through these displays. In addition, KOREA PLAZA also offers free hanbok (traditional Korean clothing) experiences, and visitors can get a taste of Korean ambiance in the "hanok" (traditional Korean house) located on the right side of the entrance.

As the weather gradually cools down, it's also the season when romantic cosmos flowers begin to bloom. Every year in mid-September, cosmos buds start to blossom at Fushoushan Farm. When they meet the sunset sky painted with fiery clouds, the flower fields transform into a pink wonderland. To catch this beautiful sight, you’ll need to enjoy the peak blooming period before it ends—lasting only until mid-October.

The cosmos flower season at high-altitude farms typically runs from mid-September to mid-October each year. Officials say that this year's peak blooming is expected to last until around National Day holiday.
