This year’s highlight on November 9, the “2014 Taiwan Cycling Festival—‘Sun Moon Lake Come! Bikeday Classic Bicycle Carnival,’” takes on a different theme—“classic.”
On the day of the event on November 9, besides the laid-back classic ride, there will also be more sporty options such as the “Sun Moon Lake Southern Tribe Challenge (50 km)” and “Lakeside Loop Challenge (30 km),” as well as family-friendly activities like the “Kids’ Balance Bike Fun Race.” At the Xiangshan Activity Center venue, there will also be performances including lively samba drumming, BMX bike stunts, and unicycle clown shows. In addition, there will be booths featuring various bicycles, local agricultural products, and children’s coloring activities. All participants who register for the event will receive exclusive souvenirs and raffle tickets, with a chance to win great prizes such as “round-trip flights to Hiroshima, Japan.”
