Holiday travel restock alert: Japan’s cherry blossom-themed limited-edition cosmetics bring spring vibes

According to the cherry blossom forecast released by the Japan Meteorological Agency in February 2019, temperatures in Japan this March will be higher than the same period last year, causing cherry blossoms to bloom three to six days earlier overall. In response to Taiwan’s vibrant February cherry blossoms, Taiwan’s Matsumoto Kiyoshi is preparing a series of cherry blossom-limited products directly imported from Japan, allowing Taiwanese consumers to experience the charm of pink cherry blossoms early. Additionally, to celebrate the milestone of over 10,000 Line members in Taiwan, from February 25 to March 10, customers who spend over NT$1,000 in-store will receive a NT$100 product voucher (excluding pharmaceuticals).

Taiwan’s Matsumoto Kiyoshi welcomes the arrival of cherry blossom season with the launch of cherry blossom-limited and limited-edition products, including two types of cherry blossom face masks. Among the beauty and skincare products are high-performance KOSE face masks made with cherry blossom extract and cherry blossom-scented masks, allowing consumers to immerse themselves in a cherry blossom fragrance while using the masks.

For home care, there are cherry blossom bath additives, the Jel’aime cherry blossom-limited shampoo and conditioner series, and an upgraded sensory body care experience. Additionally, Matsumoto Kiyoshi has introduced essential items for cherry blossom viewing: cherry blossom-flavored mouthwash, cherry blossom lip balm, and cherry blossom-flavored gummies. The entire series, packaged in pink, lets consumers feel surrounded by romantic cherry blossoms at any time.
