Tamsui Golden Waterfront in December is all about art！Students from the Art Class of Tamkang High School have created a 3D stereoscopic painting titled "Tamkang Rhapsody" around the statue of George Leslie Mackay in Tamsui, allowing visitors to not only experience the beautiful scenery of Tamsui but also appreciate the works and artistic passion of the art class students.

Tamsui Old Street boasts a history of over a hundred years, with old-fashioned brick shops lining the streets. Strolling along the old street, visitors can admire the beautiful blend of old and new, walk to the Tamsui riverside to watch the sunset, where the river sparkles with shimmering light, and fishing boats and ferries shuttle between Tamsui and nearby Bali, offering a rich cultural landscape.

The 3D stereoscopic painting "Tamkang Rhapsody," created by Tamkang High School art class students around the Mackay statue, depicts a waterfall flowing from the depths of a cracked stratum, along with a "sampan boat" representing local Tamsui characteristics, recreating the lives of early settlers through art. Ten art class students worked continuously and in relays from the 4th, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily, and are expected to complete the work in 13 days by December 16.
