Han Lai Harbor Restaurant is launching the "Han Lai Harbor Gratitude Festival ~ Pacific Bluefin Tuna Arrival" from June 2 to June 8, 2016. During the event, all six branches across Taiwan will simultaneously offer Pacific bluefin tuna dishes such as sashimi, grilled nigiri sushi, tempura, soups, and savory pies — upgraded menu items at no extra cost. Wu Ruoning, associate director of Han Lai Cuisine, stated that to ensure all guests can enjoy Pacific bluefin tuna dishes, the restaurant has prepared four times the usual amount of tuna compared to regular tuna. Additionally, to thank consumers for their support, Han Lai Harbor Dunhua Branch is now offering a late-bird discount of 20% off for dinner entries after 7:30 PM.
In addition to Pacific bluefin tuna sashimi and grilled tuna nigiri sushi, the menu for Han Lai Harbor’s Pacific bluefin tuna gratitude festival also includes options for those who prefer not to eat raw fish, such as sakura shrimp tuna rice, salt-and-pepper tuna tempura, teriyaki tuna omelet, tuna and onion cheese pie, and tuna miso soup. Among these, the teriyaki tuna omelet features a tender and juicy folded omelet filled with a variety of fresh vegetables, diced potatoes, tuna cubes, and a touch of dried bonito flakes, offering a juicy and flavorful bite.

Regarding the new late-bird discount of 20% off for dinner entries after 7:30 PM, there is no time limit for the promotion. Seating is based on on-site registration and waitlist, and tables will be assigned only when seats become available due to early departures or no-shows of guests who entered at 5:30 PM. Additionally, Han Lai Harbor Restaurant offers 20 on-site queue spots daily. For those eager to try Pacific bluefin tuna, arriving early could improve your chances.

A 309-kilogram Pacific bluefin tuna, freshly delivered from Donggang, was sliced on-site by a tuna expert from Donggang.
