No need to go abroad anymore！The Japanese cheese tart brand “BAKE CHEESE TART,” which originates from Hokkaido, Japan, once sold 20 million units in a single year and moved one tart in under 2 seconds, will officially launch in Taiwan on June 15. Its first store in Taiwan will be located on the 1st floor of Hall 3, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Nanshi Store, where locals can enjoy freshly baked BAKE CHEESE TARTs without leaving Taiwan.

Established in 2013, BAKE focuses solely on cheese tarts and currently operates 17 stores both in Japan and overseas, earning a reputation as “Asia’s most famous cheese tart brand.” BAKE CHEESE TART uses a blend of three different types of cheese to create a mousse-like soft cheese filling, while the tart shell is made using a proprietary “double-baking method” that bakes the shell and filling separately to achieve a “crispy outer crust and a soft, smooth inner filling.”

During the opening period from June 15 to June 21, the first 50 customers to purchase a box of 6 cheese tarts will receive an exclusive tote bag from the brand.
