● Sushi Sei

Sushi Sei Honten, which enjoys considerable fame in Tokyo, is located right next to Tsukiji Market. Established over 110 years ago, it remains committed to crafting the most traditional Edomae-style sushi. The ingredients used are, of course, meticulously selected from the freshest catch at Tsukiji. Under the skillful hands of the sushi chefs, these are combined with richly flavored vinegar rice to create the perfect harmony of taste. In addition, various simmered or grilled fish and shellfish dishes such as tai meshi (sea bream rice bowl) are also highly popular.
