The main event—the music fireworks show—will take place at 8:30 to 8:40 p.m. on September 26. Internationally renowned cellist Zhang Zhengjie will serve as music director, with conductor Huang Donghan, the Taipei Municipal Symphony Orchestra’s Wind Ensemble, and Chamber Orchestra joining forces to perform symphonic pieces. After delays caused by a typhoon, the performance team has created a new 2-minute-38-second demo animation video of the music and fireworks, which you can watch ahead of time to get a sneak peek at the exciting musical and pyrotechnic arrangements.
The evening’s spectacular performances will be broadcast live online, on the radio, and on TV. In addition, Chung Hwa Telecom Group will offer limited-edition small gifts and hold a lucky draw event starting at 3 p.m. on the day of the event.
