The Mid-Autumn Festival is here, but you still haven’t decided where to barbecue? The Taipei City Government has specially opened 23 designated areas in riverside parks for everyone to use, from 5 p.m. on September 25 to midnight on September 28. However, to coincide with the Dadaocheng Fireworks event, the designated area in front of the Dadaocheng Yanping Temple plaza will be closed for barbecues on September 25 and 26.

Also, please remember to show public spirit when heading to the riverside parks for barbecues — clean up after yourself, keep the environment tidy, bring your own reusable utensils, and take your trash home or sort and dispose of it in the specially placed bins after the barbecue.
