The first Taiwanese branch of South Korea’s Saemaul Gimbap Seagull opened on November 14 in an alley along Yanji Street in Taipei’s East District. The must-try signature dishes are “Seagull Meat” and “Ring-Shaped Grilled Egg.” “Seagull Meat” actually refers to pork skirt meat, also commonly known as dry-linked meat in Taiwan. Additionally, the staff prepares a “ring-shaped grilled egg” in the grooves around the circular grill plate, using an egg mixture blended with kimchi.
