As the season of year-end gratitude arrives, festive Christmas cheer fills the air. To welcome the holiday season, New Taipei City Government has continued the 2014 tradition of decorating areas such asXinyue Bridgearound the Xinzhuang end,Bali Ferry PierandTamsui Golden Waterfrontwith dazzling Christmas lights. This year, they’ve added romantic twinkling highlights on both sides ofXizhi Starlight Bridgeto spread warmth and festive joy.

Shimmering star-shaped lights not only illuminate the trees around Xinyue Bridge, creating a vibrant festive ambiance, but also adorn the rows of trees at Bali Ferry Pier with soft pink floral displays, inviting visitors to join in the joyful Christmas party. Meanwhile, the lively Tamsui Golden Waterfront is decorated in pastel macaron hues, offering a fresh new look. Overhead strings of starry lights twinkle like shooting stars, accompanying strollers along the scenic pathway as they make wishes. This year’s newly added Xizhi Starlight Bridge uses surrounding trees and railings to hang warm red-and-white star ornaments, adding a cozy touch to the area. Icicle-shaped rail lighting traces the outline of the riverbank, presenting a stunning visual spectacle.
