The world's sixth Universal Studios is set to land in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Themed around Jurassic Park and Harry Potter, it is expected to be completed and open in 2020. Covering an area of 4.2 square kilometers, it will be 0.6 square kilometers larger than Japan's Universal Studios, making it the largest Universal Studios in Asia.

Gyeonggi Province’s Hwaseong Songshan Green City theme park selected Universal Studios as the priority partner for establishing a theme park, with the area around Sinnae-dong in Hwaseong City near Incheon Airport chosen as the preferred site. Visitors will have the chance to ride the Hogwarts Express and explore the adventure-filled world of Jurassic Park.
