The film documents a heartwarming journey of care and support between Chen Wei-Yin and children from remote and underprivileged areas, highlighting attention to the issue of "disadvantaged children in rural areas." It aims to help these vulnerable or specially circumstanced children have a better world.

In the remote corners of Taiwan, there are many disadvantaged children who, due to family financial hardship, absence of parents, or other factors, suffer from hunger, lack proper clothing, cannot pay tuition on time, or are forced to contribute to family livelihoods — all of whom need abundant love and continuous care from the public.
 

Through the short film "Delivering Hope, Spreading Love Along the Way," Harmony Car Rental invites the public and Chen Wei-Yin to join in spreading love to rural areas. By sharing the short film before January 26th and reaching over 10,000 views, Harmony Car Rental will donate NT$100,000 to the Chen Wei-Yin Public Welfare Trust Hope Fund to assist disadvantaged students in rural areas, helping more children feel warmth no matter where they are. Additionally, those who share the message of love have the chance to win a signed baseball by Chen Wei-Yin and a one-day free car rental voucher.
