I haven’t written a food review in ages—work has been insanely busy lately. I just can’t get into the mood to enjoy good food, and I’ve even lost interest in eating. Who would’ve thought I’d ever reach this point?

About a month or two ago, Pipi and I walked past Yu Bing Wei, where there was a long line of people waiting outside. From the outside, the place looked really charming, and the menu seemed quite appealing, so I kept it in mind.

When we finally went to try it, we were the first group of customers that day. I loved the interior design and lighting—the whole place felt clean and refreshing. The area also gave off a private-room vibe, which made me think how fun it’d be to gather with high school friends here for a meal.
