Yilan’s “Qili Bay” Pearl Milk Tea Culture Hall is Taiwan’s first cultural exhibition hall dedicated to bubble tea. Here you can enjoy DIY pearl milk tea activities, guided tours, and more. The surrounding wetlands offer beautiful scenery and are perfect for weekend outings. The venue also serves meals, and any set meal comes with a complimentary bulb pearl milk tea. A single cup is priced at NT$88. Please note that you need to make a phone reservation in advance to try the bulb pearl milk tea, which is only available for on-site consumption and not for takeout.
