The highly popular Japanese ramen shop "Menya Itto"has opened in Taipei’s Zhongshan shopping district, launching five types of ramen and five types of rice bowls, including rich seafood tsukemen, aromatic scallop chicken soup ramen, aromatic ginger chicken soup ramen, Tokyo niboshi ramen, and Taiwanese-style dan dan tsukemen. The rice bowl section includes a limited seared foie gras don, as well as tender wagyu don, energetic chicken don, grilled plum chicken don, and Tokyo chicken don.

Menya Itto ranked third on Japan’s food review website “Tabelog” in 2016 and is a must-try dish for many tourists visiting Tokyo. Its signature rich tsukemen with seafood features a broth made from chicken stock, simmered with five kinds of seafood ingredients. The broth is rich yet not greasy, winning over many taste buds.
