The third typhoon of the year, "Mirinae," formed on the 26th in the waters east of Hainan Island. It is currently located more than 1,300 kilometers southwest of Cape Eluanbi, with its center having moved away from Hainan Island and continuing to move in a northwest direction. There is no direct impact on Taiwan. For those planning to fly to Hainan Island or northern Vietnam in the near future, it is recommended to confirm the latest flight information before departure.

Due to the influence of the Pacific High, Taiwan remains under hot and high-temperature conditions. Temperatures in central and northern regions can reach up to 36°C, while other areas may see highs of 32–34°C. Everyone should take proper sun protection and stay well-hydrated to avoid heatstroke. In the afternoon, localized brief thunderstorms may occur in mountainous areas, areas near mountains, as well as in southern and northeastern parts of the country.
