The 2016 “Green Circle Flip Action Ready Go” unfolds along Greenway Boulevard and runs until September 4. By collaborating with nearby commercial districts and historic residences, the whole city becomes a vast open-air performance venue, featuring numerous diverse cultural and art events, inviting everyone to take part.

Having been held multiple times, the Green Circle Art Festival transforms Greenway Boulevard into a large creative art space every summer vacation. A variety of quirky, imaginative, and out-of-the-box ideas never fail to delight. Thanks to the integration of the Greenway Boulevard commercial area and large interactive installation artworks, people of all ages can join in the creative process and unleash endless imagination.

This time, the Green Circle curatorial theme shifts from installation art to participatory action. The “Green Circle Neighborhood Sports Day” turns the QIN Museum of Art into a large outdoor sports field. “Summer Daydreams” aims to spark collective imagination, while “Play Through Life” encourages everyone to let go of the stresses of daily life and embrace a fresh, flipped attitude toward living.
