A new attraction in Taichung, this site was originally the dormitory area for early Taiwanese provincial government staff—an important public facility during wartime. It later lay abandoned for years until it was transformed into a creative hub. Now home to numerous young shops, the area exudes a strong cultural and creative atmosphere, with each store carrying its own story and dreams.
