A café called “On the Hill” located on a mountain in Hukou Township, Hsinchu County, has recently begun its trial operation. It boasts breathtaking views, Mediterranean-style blue-and-white architecture, and romantic landscaping, creating a charming atmosphere both day and night. Because of the scenery here, it quickly attracted large crowds shortly after opening and has rapidly become a popular restaurant and dating spot in the Hsinchu area.

The three-story hilltop landscape café features a large garden with vast grasslands and highly romantic designs, including a giant “LOVE” symbol, a white arched gateway resembling a church, a windmill, and more. Coupled with the night view that resembles a shimmering Milky Way when viewed from above, it has become a favorite spot for couples to take photos and for Instagram-worthy moments.
