One of the most romantic corners in Taipei, home to the secret rose garden beloved by The Little Prince, Taipei Rose Garden in the Xinzhuang District of Taipei Expo Park is a dreamy urban garden. It houses over 600 varieties of roses, featuring Versailles-style garden landscaping and vibrant blooms in full splendor—perfect for capturing beautiful and elegant photos everywhere.

Rose gardens are typically at their most lush in spring and autumn, but due to seasonal factors and typhoon damage this year, the roses are expected to bloom around December. As a result, this autumn rose exhibition has been postponed to December 2nd due to Typhoon Megi, and will be held in collaboration with the Pressed Flower Art Association, showcasing 32 award-winning pressed flower artworks.

Pressed flower art extends the limited life of plants, transforming their beauty into something eternal. The pressed flower works will be displayed in the Herbarium Garden within the Xinzhuang District, combining cross-disciplinary elements by merging botanical features with art. The organizers hope to attract more amateur artists in the future and showcase even more works. Information on the pressed flower creation process will also be displayed on-site. On December 2nd at 1:30 PM, a pressed flower artwork explanation and workshop session will be held, and the public is welcome to join the DIY event on-site.
