On the 4th, the Presidential Office announced an amendment to the Highway Act, known as the so-called Uber clauses. According to the Central Regulation Standards Act, the clauses will take effect three days after being published by the Presidential Office, which means the new law could begin penalizing Uber as early as January 6.
