Aside from the closure of Jinshan’s Bayueyan Village, Yilan’s extremely popular hidden gem, Eagle Stone Peak, has also been shut down due to potential cracks posing a collapse risk. The Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications decided to close the private access road leading to it, banning further tourist entry. The stunning cliffside seascape has bid farewell to visitors, leaving many expressing disappointment.
