The coffee business offers endless opportunities, and even fast-food chains are capitalizing on the growing trend of coffee lovers. On January 16, McDonald’s Japan introduced a brand-new American coffee item, touting it as having the richest and most flavorful taste in its history. The chain also launched a campaign where every cup of American coffee is available for free at just 100 yen.

The promotion runs from January 16 to 20, 2017, daily between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, offering a free small hot Premium Coffee. Limit one per person. This new coffee item features carefully selected Ethiopian Mocha coffee beans and is made with 100% Arabica beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. These four types of beans undergo a meticulous roasting process and are expertly brewed to create a completely new McDonald’s American coffee experience.

As part of this free tasting promotion, participants can rate the product online and leave comments sharing their impressions for a chance to win one of 200 limited McDonald’s gift cards worth 1,000 yen each.
