Taiwan High Speed Rail will operate six additional train services (four southbound and two northbound) during the Peace Memorial Day transport period from February 24 to March 1 to enhance service for passengers, offering 3 to 5 cars of free seating based on travel demand. Ticket sales start at midnight on February 18.

To encourage more passengers to use Nangang Station as their origin or destination, Taiwan High Speed Rail is launching the “Start from ‘The Harbor’ – It’s That Easy!” lucky draw campaign from now until February 28. Passengers who “enter” or “exit” Nangang Station during the event period will have a chance to win a “Standard Class Reserved Seat Free Travel Voucher for the High Speed Rail.” Each trip offers one chance to enter the draw, and a total of 210 “Standard Class Reserved Seat Free Travel Vouchers” valid for any section will be given away.
During the Peace Memorial Day transport period, Taiwan High Speed Rail will operate a total of 148 additional train services (62 southbound and 86 northbound), providing 949 train services over the six-day period. Passengers are advised to collect their tickets in advance via convenient stores partnered with the High Speed Rail, online booking systems, T EXPRESS mobile ticketing, or voice reservation systems. This allows direct entry and boarding upon arrival, saving time queuing for tickets.

In addition, in conjunction with the Peace Memorial Day consecutive holidays, February 18 (Saturday) has been adjusted to a make-up workday. To serve passengers' commuting needs, Taiwan High Speed Rail has specially added 5 extra train services on that day (18th) (4 northbound and 1 southbound). Passengers are welcome to make use of them.
