The 70-year-old Japanese noodle maker “Tokyo Abura Soba Headquarters” emphasizes “soup-less ramen,” challenging people’s imagination of traditional ramen and quickly gaining fame as a top favorite among ramen lovers. Its first overseas branch has opened in Taipei, debuting on February 15 in Taipei’s East District.

“Tokyo Abura Soba Headquarters” offers three types of signature ramen, each with its own distinct flavor profile, and also features a daily limited-edition dish (available in limited quantities). The brand, originating from Ikebukuro, Tokyo, has set its grand opening hours as “the best time of the day” and encourages those interested to visit the store in person.
