Miscanthus, encompassing various species within the genus, thrives abundantly, often covering expansive areas across wild hills and river embankments. Locations such as Shuling Ancient Trail in Gongliao, Tea Pot Mountain in Ruifang, and Wufen Mountain in Pingxi are blanketed by seas of miscanthus, resembling cozy blankets draped over mountain peaks—especially enchanting when evening sunlight bathes the golden blooms.

The combination of the golden waterfall and miscanthus at Ruifang’s Golden Waterfall creates a spectacular view. Additionally, near Quzhi Park in Xindian, there's another hidden miscanthus-viewing spot. From the viewing platform overlooking Meihua Lake, you can gaze upon vast snowy-white miscanthus by the lakeside. The white miscanthus resembles a blanket of snow, complemented by shimmering lake waters, evoking a tranquil autumn-winter ambiance.
