Emirates, named the Best Airline in the World at the 2016 Skytrax Awards, has partnered with railway companies and other airline allies to launch the “Spring into Europe – Discover a New World” campaign, allowing travelers who wish to visit Europe to easily explore over 100 destinations across the continent.

The ticket booking period runs from now until March 29, with departure dates between March 15, 2017, and November 30, 2017. Prices vary depending on peak and off-peak seasons. Through Emirates’ exclusive “Spring into Europe – Discover a New World” offer for economy class passengers, travelers can fly to France with a starting fare of just NT$16,111 (excluding tax), then take the French national railway (SNCF) to Provence—the homeland of lavender—and the Champagne region to sample unforgettable wines; or opt for a starting price of NT$17,525 (excluding tax) to arrive in Germany via Emirates and then transfer to German Railways (Deutsche Bahn) to reach various cities within Germany; even more, they can discover Salzburg, the music capital of Austria, for as low as NT$20,111 (excluding tax). Travelers heading to Central, Western, and Southern Europe can also utilize the networks of Austrian Federal Railways (OBB), Spanish Railways (Renfe), and Trenitalia (Italy’s national railway company) to delve into the art, heritage, scenic beauty, and cuisine across Europe.

Emirates passengers can directly book these rail and airline partner transfer services when purchasing their tickets. However, for those transferring via Deutsche Bahn or Trenitalia with Emirates, the airline ticket and rail transfer ticket must be purchased separately. Customers can link directly from the “Manage your booking” section on the Emirates website to the official websites of Deutsche Bahn or Trenitalia to book their rail tickets.
