Colorful Calla Lilies & Vibrant Flower Seas – A New Hotspot for Airport MRT Travelers

The annual Calla Lily season is in full swing, and the most famous destination is Zhuzihu in Yangmingshan, where pristine white calla lilies radiate vitality and herald the arrival of spring. Beyond the classic white, farms in Taoyuan have also introduced a dazzling array of yellow, red, purple, and other colorful calla lilies. The 2017 Taoyuan Colorful Calla Lily Festival, held near the farmland at 847 Shengde North Road, features a vast 6-hectare calla lily field, kicking off on March 31. Additionally, specially crafted colorful calla lily cotton candy has been developed to attract visitors through floral-themed activities, boosting local tourism and stimulating the economy.

The Taoyuan Colorful Calla Lily Festival runs from March 31 to April 9, featuring events such as an opening carnival, weekend picnics, mini garden tours, and large-scale installations perfect for photos. Visitors can take the Airport MRT to A18 or A19 stations and transfer to a free shuttle bus to reach the event.
