Mysterious Crop Circles Land in Taiwan as the UFO Milkshake Culture Festival Kicks Off

Mysterious crop circles, resembling the spectacle of alien visits to Earth, can now be seen in Taiwan without the need to travel abroad. The Waipu UFO Milkshake Culture Festival, located in Taichung, debuted on April 8th in the wheat fields of Sanli, Waipu District. Organized jointly by the Waipu District Farmers' Association and local businesses, the festival covers approximately 60 hectares of wheat fields, with 12 hectares located in Sanli—making the area quite concentrated. In addition to carving crop circles and other symbolic alien-themed patterns in the fields, ten nearby schools have contributed colorful alien designs displayed as installations across the wheat fields, offering great photo opportunities for visitors. Aside from the spectacular crop circles, the event also features various activities such as painting, sketching, challenge games, and non-stop live performances. There are also booths run by small-scale farmers where attendees can experience the charm of local rural life.
