Indian Coral Trees in Full Bloom: The Most Beautiful Bauhinia Avenue in Taiwan

Spring is the season when flowers bloom, and also the time when cherry blossoms flourish. Many tourists take advantage of their holidays to visit cherry blossom viewing spots across the country to admire their beautiful blossoms. In addition to common cherry varieties in Taiwan such as mountain cherry, yaezakura, and Yoshino cherry, there is a 2-kilometer-long Bauhinia avenue next to Maguang Junior High School in Tuku, Yunlin, where the trees are now in full, passionate bloom. Its grandeur is no less than that of other famous cherry blossom spots. Commonly known as the Indian cherry, the bauhinia tree bursts into vibrant pink blooms. Though different from the cherry blossoms found in places like Alishan, they are equally enchanting, making this a distinctive feature of the local community.
