Below are some breathtaking spots in downtown Taichung where you can admire floss flowers. One is located outside the No. 1 Service Center of the National Immigration Agency in the Lising New Village, and another is at the intersection of Wucheng West 2nd Street and Wucheng 5th Street. Though just a single tree stands tucked away in an urban alley, under the blue sky and bright sunlight, the snow-like white floss flowers captivate visitors, drawing them to pause and gaze up at this astonishing April snowfall.
