Mysterious Creative Supergroup: Sing, Miracle!, Hitting the Big Screen

For ten years, Japan’s most enigmatic musical group GReeeeN has consistently sung out the passionate, uplifting voices of youth growth and positivity. Their breakout hit “Miracle” was the chart-topping theme song of the baseball drama series “ROOKIES.” Despite never showing their faces in public during their decade-long career, GReeeeN has maintained immense popularity. The story of four dental students forming the band in its early days hits the big screen in the film “Sing, Miracle!” Starring Masaki Suda and Takeru Satoh, the movie has been a box office hit in Japan.

JIN (played by Takeru Satoh) treats the band as his life’s calling and leaves home after clashing with his stubborn father (played by Kaoru Kobayashi) to chase his dream of debuting. The following year, his younger brother HIDE (Masaki Suda) enters dental school and, by chance, picks up the guitar left behind by JIN. Drawn into the world of music, HIDE invites classmates Nabi (Ryusei Yokohama), Kuni (Ryo Nitta), and Sou (Yosuke Sugino) to form the band GReeeeN, and they begin creating their own music.

Soon, GReeeeN holds their first live concert at a student event. JIN quietly cheers them on and resolves to support the four as their producer, placing his own musical dreams in their hands. To prevent his father from interfering with HIDE’s music career, JIN devises a plan for GReeeeN to debut “faceless,” letting the music speak for itself in the market.

A new song titled “Michi” (Path), written by HIDE and recorded in JIN’s apartment closet, becomes GReeeeN’s debut track and the first album. But HIDE suddenly feels he has neglected his studies while being too immersed in music and considers disbanding the group. Still torn between doubt and passion, HIDE constantly asks himself what he truly wants to do—until the figure of his brother JIN appears before him...
